Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with occupational health, industrial safety, and environmental protection requirements.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for personnel.
- Perform workplace risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
- Conduct internal HSE inspections, audits, and site safety assessments.
- Participate in incident investigations and develop corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in an HSE role, preferably within industrial, construction, or EPC projects.
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international occupational health and safety standards and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
