Risk management
Before any work begins, TENOIL specialists conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures. Particular attention is given to high-risk activities and coordination between multiple contractors working on the same project.
Training and personnel competence
All employees receive the required training, site induction, and competency assessments before being authorized to perform work. Additional training is provided based on job responsibilities, professional qualifications, and project-specific requirements.
Continuous workplace monitoring
Our HSE professionals monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout every stage of the project—from mobilization to project completion and final handover to the client.
Protecting every employee
TENOIL provides all personnel with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) based on the nature of the work performed and the identified workplace hazards.
Rapid and coordinated emergency response
Project-specific emergency response plans are developed for every project, taking into account site conditions, operational risks, and the nature of the work being performed.
Environmental responsibility
We are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our operations and promoting the responsible and efficient use of natural resources.
Learning from every incident
All incidents, near misses, and potentially hazardous events are reported, documented, and thoroughly investigated.
The purpose of every investigation is not to assign blame, but to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
